Hanger, cloth, or a magnet

Dwarf Cavendish is the short clone the banana growing guide says is widely planted. Gros Michel is the one to skip: poor cold tolerance, Panama disease, Sigatoka. Do not buy a shirt because a grocery Cavendish looks cheap in January.

After the cut

Forecast

What to skip

Skip Gros Michel. Skip a hanger if you have not cut. Skip cloth if you do not have a clump. Skip a magnet if the door will not hold. Skip refrigeration of green fruit. Chilling injury is dull yellow or greenish gray peel, distorted fruit, and rot. The banana growing guide is explicit.

Sigatoka is worse in continuously rainy weather and in large plantings than in an isolated yard clump. Panama disease is Fusarium in the soil, permanent for what you can grow there. FHIA-01, sold as Goldfinger, was bred against that. Those are Grow facts. They decide whether a clump is worth cloth. They do not decide a slicer.

A city resin magnet is Orlando as a plaque, the same object other fruit shops share on purpose. It is not a Cavendish. If the job is the town on a door, buy it. If the job is a bunch on a hook, do not.

How the objects fail

A hanger fails if you hang green fruit in a hot garage and call it the banana growing guide's shady cool place.
